2025 was a landmark year for Six Town Sound!
Here are some of the highlights:
Coaching Excellence: We were privileged to learn from world-class coaches including Rasmus Krigstrom, Dan Wessler, and David McEachern, helping us raise the bar musically and personally.
Silver Success at BIBA: We made our international debut at the BIBA Convention in Spain and proudly brought home a Silver Medal with an outstanding score of 82%.
Top 5 at LABBS: At our second LABBS Convention, we improved across all categories and secured 5th place, showing just how far we’ve come.
Growing Our Family: We welcomed 7 new members to the chorus and have more auditions lined up for 2026. Half of our new singers were brand new to barbershop – proving this hobby is for everyone!
Community Connections: Our Christmas concert was a sell-out event, with extra seats needed to accommodate the crowd. We also built strong links with local organisations and charities.
We’re thrilled to announce our Chorus Member of the Year 2025: Alex! Alex’s dedication, organisational skills, and positivity have been invaluable to the chorus – thank you for all your support in chorus life Alex.
